The WGA just released this video to reach out to members asking for a YES vote on Strike Authorization. I'm happy to pass it along in the hopes that more writers see it. Thanks.
Seeing how this blog is "self employment", WGA would have no interest in what Ken does here. What is he supposed to do...negotiate a contract with himself?
As a member of IASTE, Local 251, I wanna say "Solidarity forever!" to you Ken. It's a shame how unions have been villianized the past few years...America thrives when it has a strong middle class, and the middle class thrives during periods of high union membership.
If strike happens, how long could it last that will do the least damage in the launches of new seasons/new shows that usually happens in September? If the strike ends in June, could shows still make it to September launches or everything will be delayed to October/November?

Incredibly stupid question. If you go on strike, does that mean you won't be posting on the blog?
I will still be posting.
It's a writer's strike, blogging is writing, you should stop! The union's gonna get ya!
