2020

It can't come fast enough.

May you have a happy, healthy, prosperous new year.  And may we be better off in a year than we are today.

To you as well, Ken. And may everyone's '20s roar, and soar.

Have a great New Year Ken.
I think the script business and blogs and forums and podcasts should be revolutionzed in 2020.
I think you have the ability to create the best forum on screenwirting. And the world will come there. Do it. I just read done deal and bytes, omg, nothing happens there, so lame.
We need you to create the Variety version for screenwriting. in 2020 WE MUST GO BIG AND BIGGER and the excitement back in screenwriting.
Cheers
Marylin

Thanks for doing that thing you do. I look forward to another year of daily doses of Ken Levine musings.
And then theres this.
One staple of the end of the year is the Who Died Montages. Usually they are one trick ponies. All sad, all wistful or whatever. I just happened to tune out of my Gators Orange Bowl to catch NBC News version of the Who Died Montage. It was amazingly well done. It used about a bunch of different songs and voices overs in a way that was just magnificent. Way better than the Oscars or Emmys. As a video editor I would say it was a 10 or even 11. I was really moved by the piece and shocked by how many great people left us. Highly recommended...

Many moons ago, used to take part in college radio.

Wanting a decent sign-off for the end of any given DJ shift, somehow and thankfully these eight words came to mind: somehow and thankfully, these words can work just as well today...

"Stay safe. Stay well. Look after each other."

I'm busily working on all the Y2K+20 problems.

Hope you have a great, happy and successful new year.

Allow me to rehash and old controversy. There are many that believe that 2020 simply ends the "teens" and that the new decade doesn't begin until 2021. What I personally believe is of no import. Mob rule wins on this one.

Yes. My 2020, whatever it is, be the best year yet.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

To paraphrase Colonel Potter:
May she be a damn sight better than the old one, and may the country regain its sanity before she's over.

Me and wife like your blog (we are upcoming screenwriters).
Your blog are slick, cool, smooth and very pro.
And your guests are very cool.
