Awesome! Happy new year and the same to you Ken.
PS
I think that last line was supposed to say "readers like you"... no?
Is it too late to mention that Wii Sports Resort was released in 2009?
Also, I didn't see Natalie Portman in this list.
Nevertheless, a happy new year to you Ken, David, and every other comedy writer out there!
Stieg Larsson
What...posthumously wildly successful?
Anybody mind if I live to see it?
Ken, just wanted to let you know...the Hallmark Channel is carrying the KTLA Tournament of Roses Parade, os Bob Eubanks and Stephanie Edwards are now coast to coast.
Why does everybody keep wishing me the best only for "May 2011"? What about August? February?.... haha Thanks Ken for entertaining us all year round... A big hello from Ecuador!
And a Happy New Year to all at Chez Levine. Thanks for another year of funny/interesting postings.
Thanks for mentioning my Blackhawks! Coming from a hockey nut like you, that's big.
Happy New Year, Ken.
True, Steig Larsson's dead, but Keith Richards probably should be and isn't, so it all balances out.
Happy New Year to you as well, Ken. Thanks for blogging, and I'm looking forward to Dodger Talk 2011.
And a Happy New Year to you, Ken. I have a Friday question. Years ago I attended tapings of shows like "Chico and the Man" and "The Jeffersons". While sets were being moved in and out we were entertained by Freddie Prinz standup, Scatman Crothers & Della Reese singing, etc. How did you keep your audiences entertained between scenes?
Any word from Vegas on the over/under of the phrase "granddaddy of them all" being said at today's Rose Bowl? (Every time I hear it, I want to smack the person saying it in the face; it's pure, obnoxious rhetoric, and is to sportscasters what the phrase "the American people" is to politicians. I'm sick of the bull.)
For Sandra Bullock, even the "cheating asshole husband part" worked out pretty well, as it generated so much sympathy for her that nobody noticed that THE BLIND SIDE is basically the story of a white family who acquired a black kid and sold him to their alma mater's football team for a finder's fee. And yes, any slavery allusions in this remark are deliberate.
Thank you, Ken. I hope this new year brings you great joy and prosperity.
Happy New Year, Ken. This new year is made happier by your continued presence.
Could you be more specific, Ken?
Happy 2011 to you and yours, and thank you for a stimulating and addictive blog!
VP8, I agree, with the single exception of Keith Jackson.
I also knew and adored Dianne Nobriga. We were friends in London in the 4th grade.
WS
I agree with all except Catherine Zeta-Jones. She can't be feeling good with her hubby (Michael Douglas) very ill.
