My deepest gratitude

Thank you to all who reached out with your condolences and prayers. I am deeply touched by your comments. Dad would have loved them too. Once I showed him how to bookmark my blog he read it often.  Thanks again.

I'm so sorry to hear of your father's passing, Ken. Through reading your blog, I've come to know him a bit and he sounds like one awesome dad. Thank you for your writing and podcasting, I look forward to your thoughts every day. Your dad did a great job.

My condolences, Ken.

Seeing the picture of the four generations of Levines reminded me of the old saying in my Catholic family when I was the youngest living of four generations: Father, Son, Holy Ghost, Amen. Being Amen was great, and then the Holy Ghost wasn't as much fun. Then I became Son, but it wasn't until I had my own Holy Ghosts that Son became a good spot to be. May you live long enough to have your own Amens.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Ken. Please accept my condolences. I have always been so impressed by the way you described your dad as your hero. What a wonderful tribute to him, and the job he did as a father. I wish you and your family all the best -- I hope all those wonderful memories help at this difficult time.

So sorry for your loss, Ken.

As someone who considers his own father to be his best friend - knowing far more people that aren't close with theirs - we're certainly the lucky ones. I'm sure you'll continue to make him very proud.

Sorry to learn of your loss, Mr. Levine. A father is a precious thing, and one who becomes a friend, as yours did, and, thankfully, my dear dad did, is a wonderful bonus. Cherish the memories, which will ease the loss, a bit anyway.
