When the shot bounces off the rim, is he saying "Spike Lee"?

Well, montsinya, maybe because in Spain we speak Spanish, not English.

Cheers.

Wonderful - Italian is so expressive.

I heard the Spike Lee thing too. Evidently, rapping in Italian includes many random hhigh-pitched shouts of "whooh!"-

As for "in Spain we speak Spanish". Yeah, you know what? In Sweden we speak Swedish, but we also subtitle, which is not only cheaper and more educational, but also less likely to impinge on the artistic integrity of the work (soret of a moot point with The Fresh Prince, admittedly).

Anyway, doing away with dubbing seems like a no-brainer to me, really. Then again, I am a subtitler by trade.

Ok. I agree with you, John, I don't watch dubbed movies, but that's the way it is here and 90% of the audience wouldn't watch a show on tv if it mean s they have to read subtitles. Sad but true. And we can't forget all the people involved in the business of dubbing films and tv shows.
We can choose, anyway, most tv channels have the option of watching the shows in English, French, Italian or whatever its original version.
